WBC Watching Guide

There are many ways to go about watching our live stream and many devices you can use to watch. We currently stream to Facebook and our website. You can watch us on nearly any device.

Facebook Live

Personal Devices (smartphones, tablets, laptop/desktop computers)
If you have a Facebook account, open the Facebook app on your device (or visit facebook.com in your web browser) and search for our church. We will go live 5-10 minutes before a service will start, so you’ll have plenty of time to find it. If you “Like” our page, you’ll also get a notification when we go live. When the stream starts, just tap the video to go full screen, and you’re ready to go.

Streaming Devices (Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, Smart TVs)
Apple TV, Roku, & Smart TVs – these devices, and some Smart TVs, have an app you can download to watch more easily. Go to the app store on your streaming device, search “Facebook Watch,” download, and open the app. Search “Westbury Baptist Church” and the stream will be there when we start. You will see a red “Live” box at the top corner of the screen.
Casting – Casting devices, such as the Google Chromecast, allow you to send the video you’re watching on your phone to your TV. Some TVs have Apple TV and Chromecast built in. For directions on how to cast to your TV or Chromecast from Facebook on your phone or tablet, click here. For directions on how to cast to your TV’s Apple TV from Facebook using AirPlay, click here.
